Terms of Use
Version 2026-10-17.8. Read these terms before you use this site or the contracts it connects to. You accept them by signing the acceptance message with your wallet, and by using the site or the contracts at all.
Short version: this is an experiment. It can break, be exploited or be abandoned, and you can lose everything you put in. PROTO is worth nothing: it is a memecoin for entertainment only. Only use money you can afford to lose completely.
1. What this is
"Score" is a set of experimental smart contracts on Ethereum (SCORE, the SCORE/ETH pool, PROTO, its trading hook, the Burner and the Builder) and this website, which is only an interface to them. The contracts run on their own; anyone can use them directly without this site.
Score is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to jack.art, the Credits or Statements projects, Uniswap, or any other project or company named on this site.
2. Experimental, unaudited, exploitable
- The contracts are experimental and have not been audited by an independent security firm. They may contain bugs, design flaws or vulnerabilities.
- They may be exploited, by anyone, at any time. An exploit can drain or freeze every asset held by the contracts, including yours, with no way to recover it.
- The contracts cannot be paused, upgraded or fixed. If something goes wrong, there may be nothing anyone can do.
- The site, anyone running burns and builds, and the data the site shows can fail, be wrong, be delayed or go offline.
3. PROTO is worth nothing
- PROTO is worth nothing. It is a memecoin that exists for entertainment, as a joke and a cultural experiment, and for nothing else.
- The team took no free PROTO. The whole supply went to the PROTO/ETH pool, the bootstrap allocation and the farm.
- PROTO is a token for entertainment purposes only. It is worth nothing and has no intrinsic value or utility. Any redemption after migration is not guaranteed and may return nothing.
- PROTO is not an investment, a security, a share, a currency or a promise of anything. Nobody is obliged to support its price, its liquidity or its existence.
- Any price PROTO trades at is set only by other users. It can go to zero and stay there.
- PROTO trades with a tax that starts high and decays. Burns, buybacks and liquidity described on this site are mechanisms, not commitments; they can stop working, be exploited or produce no effect on price.
4. SCORE and the pool
- Wrapping Credits into SCORE is one way and permanent. Credits never come back out, as Credits or as Statements. You will hold SCORE, whose only market is what others will pay for it.
- Credits in the vault may be composed into Statements. That burns them permanently.
- A Credit or Statement sent to the SCORE contract any way other than its wrap functions isn't counted, mints nothing, and can't be recovered by anyone.
- A bootstrap commitment cannot be taken back, unless the bootstrap can no longer launch (the deadline passed or the real token went live first): then each commitment can be refunded in full. Bootstrap liquidity, and any liquidity you choose to lock, cannot be withdrawn until the migration, after which what the migrator builds for it streams out by the second over 7 days; or until the deadline, if the migration hasn't opened by then. Prices can move a long way before then.
- Before the migration, the owner or guardian multisig schedules a pause on-chain for a set time (announced in advance, around the real token's auction). From that time wrapping, deposits and withdrawals stop, including for liquidity that was free before; trading goes on. The pause can be lifted, and it lapses at the deadline if the migration hasn't opened. Either multisig can give up the pause power for good (on-chain, one way); after that no pause can be set, moved or lifted. Once the migration opens, no SCORE/ETH liquidity can be withdrawn (the deadline no longer unlocks it; the guardian's emergency unlock can, and everything unlocks 30 days after the migration opened in any case), and the migrator contract moves the pool's liquidity to the real token. The migrator is written after the real token's details are known and is set and enabled by the owner multisig with no waiting period, so it can act as soon as it is enabled; it can't be reviewed before you commit, and it may not work as intended.
- Providing liquidity exposes you to impermanent loss and to the prices of SCORE and ETH.
- Plans described on this site for a future real token, including locking Statements into it, converting SCORE, or migrating liquidity, are intentions only. They may not happen, may happen differently, or may be impossible. The real token is made by a third party we don't control and whose terms we don't know.
- Protocol-owned liquidity backs no LP units. It isn't yours, and the contracts have no function for anyone, including the operators, to withdraw it.
5. You can lose everything
You accept that you may lose all of the ETH, Credits, SCORE, PROTO and anything else you put into or acquire through Score, and that this loss may be immediate, total and permanent. You are using Score at your own risk. You are not relying on anyone to make money for you.
6. Your responsibilities
- You are at least 18 and legally able to accept these terms.
- You are not a person or entity subject to sanctions, and you are not in a country or region where using Score, or tokens like it, is prohibited. It's your job to know whether it's legal where you are.
- You keep control of your own wallet and keys. Nobody can reverse a transaction, recover lost keys or refund a mistake.
- You check every transaction in your wallet before you sign it. Network fees are paid even when a transaction fails.
- You are responsible for any taxes on anything you do with Score.
- You won't use Score to break the law, and you won't attack the contracts, the site or other users.
7. No advice, no custody
Nothing on this site is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell anything. Figures shown (prices, LP units, estimates, emissions) are approximations and may be wrong. The operators never hold your assets: everything happens between your wallet and the contracts.
8. No warranty, no liability
Score, the contracts and this site are provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, security or that anything will work as described.
To the fullest extent the law allows, the developers, operators, keepers and contributors are not liable for any loss or damage of any kind, direct or indirect, arising from or related to Score, including loss of funds, tokens, income or data, exploits, bugs, failures, price movements, or the acts of other users or third parties. Where liability can't be excluded, it is limited to the smallest amount the law allows.
You agree to hold harmless and indemnify the developers, operators, keepers and contributors against any claim arising from your use of Score or your breach of these terms.
9. Changes
These terms may change. A new version gets a new version date, and the site will ask you to accept it before your next transaction. The contracts themselves can't be changed.
If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies.
Accepting
Before your first transaction through this site, it asks your wallet to sign a short message accepting this version of the terms. Signing costs nothing and sends no transaction. The signature is kept in your browser for that wallet, so you're asked again only for a new version, a new wallet or a new browser.
